Fisch have been challenged to instigate the transition of Coral’s from high street to shopping centre. The response has drawn upon our retail expertise to create some stunning modern shops within keeping of the existing business model.

The stylish frontages sit comfortably amongst contemporary retail, and the sleek interiors make for a broader customer appeal.  The stores combine the very latest in media interface and comfort and dispel the stereotypical image of the ‘bookies’ shop. The stores offer choice through traditional sports betting, lottery, automated betting-in-play on live events, and casino-style machines with a variety of gaming. Importantly, the stores are designed to encapsulate the same distinctive brand of the other Coral on-line and mobile channels, underpinning trust and loyalty.

The distinctive new environment has been fine-tuned over a number of pilot schemes and value engineered for roll-out in selected store upgrades across the 1850 store estate.
